The only hiccup? The shower was so fancy, it practically needed a PhD to operate. And don’t get me started on the never-ending wait for room keys—just hire a locksmith already!

Beautiful location and dog-friendly amenities
I had a wonderful stay with stunning mountain views and a spacious Peak View Suite. The staff was incredibly dog-friendly, providing special amenities and an in-room dining menu for pets, which I really appreciated. However, the service at busy times was a bit slow, and it was tough to get timely attention in the dining areas during peak hours.

excellent service but room slightly cramped
The service exceeded expectations, particularly with the ski concierge who took care of all our skiing needs. Water stations throughout the hotel were a thoughtful touch that kept us refreshed during our stay.
The room felt a bit smaller than anticipated for the price.

The ski-in/ski-out access makes it easy to enjoy the slopes without hassle, keeping the experience smooth. Facilities like the beautifully designed spa with a pristine pool area and multiple hot tubs offer a perfect wind-down after a day on the mountain.
The room I booked lacked a balcony, leaving me with a cramped space that felt less luxurious for the price. I faced some temperature issues. maintenance came twice, but the room remained uncomfortably warm. The breakfast buffet, while decent, struck me as overpriced considering the quality, and I noticed the coffee options weren’t quite up to par. Housekeeping left cleaning supplies in the room, which felt careless, giving moments of doubt about the thoroughness of their service.

Ski-in/ski-out access was perfect for hitting the slopes, and the five dining options kept us fueled for adventure. Loved the bowling alley too! The ski valet was super helpful, making our mornings a breeze. Overall, a fantastic getaway with everything we needed onsite.
The rooms were nice, but I felt the quality didn’t quite match the price we paid. They were good, but I expected a bit more for what we spent.

The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was a tad pricey, but everything else was top-notch. Be sure to try the halibut tacos at dinner. they’re delicious! 😊

I enjoyed the enjoyable atmosphere and the cozy lounge here, which were highlights of my stay. However, I encountered some service issues, like a long wait for check-in and a lack of assistance with ski school information. While the accommodations were nice, improvements could be made in service efficiency and dining options.

Incredible service and cozy vibes
We had an awesome week! From the moment we checked in, the staff was super friendly and made sure we felt at home. The ski concierge was a lifesaver, helping with our gear. Loved lounging by the fireplace and the outdoor hot tub in the snow was just magical. Only wish the pillows were a bit better, they were kinda flat.
